Save clients from filling out their information

Pass client data to the scheduler based on url parameters

url-params

We just released a new feature that let’s you pass client data (name, email, phone number) to the scheduler via a custom link that you provide (e.g. in an email sent to a client).

A common scenario for this is CRM (customer relationship management) software that sends custom emails to clients. In this example, the CRM could manufacture a link that included the client data in it.

Documentation on passing client data here:

You can also pass a URL parameter that lets you control where clients are sent once they are finished scheduling. For example: You can direct them back to a page on your website.

Documentation on continuation URL’s here.

Note: This is a technical feature and will require some experience web technology to use.
